The Concorde had a top speed of 1350 mph and flew at a maximum altitude of 60,000 feet.

Record setting Concorde at the Intrepid Museum on the Hudson.

This very airplane set a world’s speed record for passenger airliners on February 7, 1996 when it flew from New York to London in 2 hours, 52 minutes and 59 seconds. Once banned from flying over NYC this Concorde is on loan from British Airways to the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum Complex.
