Rezoning is hot button issue in Hudson Square.

Hudson Square is bordered by SoHo, TriBeCa and Greenwich Village.

New York’s former printing hub is now a 21st century media technology mecca. With its lowest vacancy rate in recent history, rezoning and density pressures are cause for concern. Home to the Manhattan entrance to the Holland Tunnel, Hudson Square was also the home of Freedom’s Journal — the first black newspaper in America in 1827.
